On the website onlinemakiazokursai.lt services offered - these are digital trainingwhich, according to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, are classified as digital content category.
Return conditions
As training is a digital service, the customer can start using it immediately after purchase (by accessing the content), no refunds are possiblewhen:
- The client gave explicit consent start the service (e.g. accessing the training platform or receiving the material by email).
- Client agreedthat they will lose their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Pre-purchase information
Before purchase, the customer is clearly informed that:
- The training is digital.
- After you start using the service, can no longer claim repayment or compensation.
At the time of purchase, the Customer shall be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
